Quality is great, great features, well built, make sure you have equipment to unload, it's heavy, solidly built. I bought the portable one(HNC1500W), and used it for 3 years, so I needed to upgrade and bought this TNC-3015, with the Wellcut 100HD plasma. I have easily cut 2" thick with the portable 1500 flame, so I know I made the correct choice with this TNC-3015. The service was outstanding, answered any and every question. They have helped me trouble shoot my machine whenever I changed the settings and could not remember what I changed. The products work great, and I look forward to buying more from this company. looking at automated welding machines.This same size product would have cost me 4X as much, I highly recommend this company and their products.
